Wan Chai is famous for its inner-city bustle, a non-stop swirling mix of people and traffic. But this fantastic area is almost as famous for the irresistible food temptations it offers, from multiple origins, a growing scene for green cuisine, and targeting the pockets of all. Tracking each down is not just an exciting gastronomic journey. It can be hard to go slow in an area where so many are moving fast, but stopping for a meal can be immersing and enjoyable, and a way to get to know this surprisingly rich community more intimately.
